A BIT ABOUT THERAPY
Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who implements effective psychotherapy methods to instill self-understanding and encourages you to work on adopting new attitudes and feelings towards life situations. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, and managing life changes and transitions. My approach is warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental. Together we will work to help you nurture and reach your mental health goals in an honest, and supportive environment. Therapy is a healing process that necessitates participation and investment from you and your therapist. But in the end, making small changes to self-defeating behavior and coping with feelings of sadness, fear, and pain can bring life-altering results.

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
I enjoy working with children, adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety and/or depression. In our therapy sessions, we will work to solve current problems and improve positive thinking and behavior. I will help you “re-frame” your reactions and provide you with valuable tools to cope with life’s obstacles. I also have experience helping others manage life changes, stress, postpartum struggles, parenting, and heal from sexual abuse and trauma. I will work closely with you to help you reach your goals and empower you to help you live your best life. COUPLES THERAPY
Relationships are complex and I will work with you in a safe and supportive environment where both partners can feel heard. I have experience in helping couples communicate, improve relationship harmony, sexuality, and affair recovery. I also work with same sex couples and those in non-traditional marriages. CLINICAL SUPERVISION
I am a NASW Certified Clinical Social Work Supervisor who works closely with Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associates (LCSWA) to earn their full licensure. I am supervisee-centered in style but will also use my years of experiences in advocacy, community mental health and private practice to help foster growth. Contact me to schedule a consultation.
FEES & INSURANCE
Initial Assessment $150
Subsequent Sessions $125
I am an in-network provider with Blue Cross Blue Shield including the State Health Plan (with the exception of Blue Value and Blue Local plans), Cigna, and United Healthcare. Co-payments or deductibles are due at the time of service. If you do not have any of these insurance plans, I am happy to assist you by providing a coded receipt that you may submit to your insurance company to seek out-of-network reimbursement. Many insurance companies have out-of-network benefits that reimburse a percentage of the session cost.
